Completely cleaning up everything FLTK and reinstalling 1.3 sorted it out. So far so good- thank you very much! But it turns out the issue that started all this still needs sorting out (something with a tab showing some of the content of various other tabs...) I haven't a clue what could be causing this as it's just a recompile of my same code tree from a previous install. I'll be looking into it but any hints would be much appreciated. I'll probably recompile the latest and greatest 1.3 branch first though, to see if that sorts it out.
