Matthias has already replied - one extra caution I'd add is that fltk-1.1.10 may not play all that well in 64-bit OSX in future, so you might get better results in the longer term using the fltk-1.3 series, which has had a lot of work to enhance OSX 64-bit behaviours. (Apple have altered or deprecated some key API's in the 64-bit OSX...)
