I found I could get things working again after guessing some IP
addresses with the following in my /etc/hosts:
208.96.52.100 news.easysw.com
208.96.52.101 svn.easysw.com
208.96.52.102 fltk.org www.fltk.org cups.org www.cups.org
I think Albrecht posted something similar, but of course
I can't find it now (checked the thread of same name as subject here).
