You may be on your own out there - Mikko is not around much, so I don't know if he'll be able to comment. I've never used the MS WinCE tools at all, so don't know what to suggest. I've only ever compiled for ARM (cross or native) using the gcc tools... I'm guessing, from the error messages you posted, that your cross-compilation is set up incorrectly, but I don't know how to go about fixing it...
