Oh, see, down here in Australia, they beam languages into your head whilst 
you're on public transport!

On a serious note though, I spend roughly an hour and a half on the commute 
from/to home each day, so I've taken to using that time to learn new languages. 
For now it's just the oral/aural components, but once I'm entirely happy with 
those I'll begin to get the written/reading done. From there, maybe another 
language!
I've found the Pimsleur courses pretty good, FTR.
