I believe that flag should be on only when the library
is building itself, or in odd cases to gain access to
certain odd low-level features of the library, like Fl_X (?)
We need some docs to cover all the FLTK specific build flags
and their meaning, both internal (library dev flags)
and external (flags app programmers need to know about),
eg. WIN32, FL_DLL, FL_LIBRARY, cygwin flags, etc.
Maybe below "FLTK Enumerations", an "FLTK Macros" section,
with references to that on how to build fltk, special compiler
environment docs, etc.
Perhaps many of the README files we have should be consolidated
into the Doxygen docs.
