If Fl::scheme(const char *s) is called with an unrecognised scheme,
should it behave as if "none" were specified, or should the behaviour
be undefined?

Right now, you get mostly the default scheme, but with some changes
thanks to "if (Fl::scheme())" which can make things not fit together
perfectly.
