[fltk.general] Fl_Check_Browser data item?

The Fl_Check_Browser doesn't seem to have a data item for each item added like 
Fl_Browser.  I'm curious if there is a Fl_Check_Browser type list box derived 
from Fl_Browser somewhere?  Having a data associated with an item allows me to 
have unique list box items with program wide ID's without having to run through 
some translation (index to id) routine.
