I use fl_browser (fltk 1.10) to display multiple line. If having more lines that the browser can display, the scrollbar is shown. Using the scrollbar does not allow to scroll down all the way to the bottom.
Lets say I have 20 line listed in the browser but only 10 are displayed. using the scroll I can only get it to show down to line 15. Though using the arrow key it is possible. you'll notice a dotted line moving along with every key stroke. Now the bottom line is displayed (line 20) and the scroll bar height is adjusted. You can use the scroll bar and scroll back to the top. Though the moment you use the arrow keys, the scroll bar height is changing again. and scrollbar does not allow to scroll to very bottom anylonger.
