No, I do not think there will be. Rather, you (we all...) need to think differently about how the user interacts with large lists in a touch environment. Basically, a choice-style widget, a drop-down box, menus, all these things we are used to on the desktop no longer make any sense. For now, some sort of Fl_Browser based widget (that will provide a scrollbar by default) may be your best bet, or it would be pretty easy for you to derive your own widget that (for example) emulated the scrolling-list-on-a-drum-effect that iOS uses for this sort of thing. Also, you said you were using fltk2 - but be aware that it is unsupported, so if you use fltk2 and get into problems, you may be on your own, we don't have the means to support it. You need to consider using fltk-1.3, which is supported, has far fewer bugs, and many features over and above fltk2 (note also that, despite the numbering, fltk-1.3 is *much* later than fltk2.)
