Hi, new place for the file is ftp://ftp.varma-el.com/fltk/fltk2dfb.tar.gz. Don`t forget download the source archive of fltk2 ftp://ftp.varma-el.com/fltk/fltk2 fltk-2.0.x-r5697.tar.bz2. But I can't recommend to use this thing. It was only an experiment. When I found out how unstable was the library (like a lot of other devs) I gave up the port and didn't try to improve it.
