Though IIRC, the OP (leowang) is using fltk2, but on an embedded ARM device, so 
his build might not be building fluid-2 or the test programs correctly anyway. 
I'm not clear what toolchain is being used nor how much of the supporting 
test/example and fluid executables are being built for the target system.

Though if the OP has fltk2 built on his dev machine too (which I assume they 
must have) then a version of fluid-2 should have been built by that process.
