I don't think there's a way (in fltk) to hook the buttons that are in the 
window decorations (other then the window close event) as they are provided by 
the platform and the WM rather than by fltk itself.

I think it may be possible to write platform (or possibly even WM) specific 
code to hook the necessary events to do this, but I don't have worked examples 
to hand.

I'm pretty sure I have seen X11 and WIN32 specific code for this in the past - 
but it is not a "portable" thing to do, so fltk does not provide a generic way 
of achieving this...
