Sounds like you're looking for a commercial product with a hotline you can call when you get stuck or think you've found a bug. Commercial products require $100's or $1,000's of annual maintenance fees. FLTK is not that. It's free software. No one gets paid to maintain the product or man the hotline. It's all done on a voluntary basis. You can't call someone up and ask 'Why doesn't this work?'.
