Ya, me neither.
The only thing I can parse is asking about if it's OK to release a
commercial
app that is dependent on FLTK, and the answer is yes, it's fine; many
of us
sell commercial apps that use FLTK.
See the FLTK LGPL license for specifics, but all you're asked to do
is mention FLTK is used in the 'About' screen for your app, or similar.
