This is off-topic, you'd get more sense out of the Msys/mingw folk, but in
summary...
Update your package list:
mingw-get update
Then install the packages for whichever terminal you like:
mingw-get install msys-rxvt
and/or
mingw-get install msys-mintty
Well, something like that, anyway. Then modify the link that launches your Msys
shell to call up the appropriate terminal type when it starts, and all should
be well... Maybe...
