Thank you for the support that I have been very useful and I apologize for going off-topic.I was able to use libraries in Qt environment, without the use of CMake. The problem was due to a failed comprehensive compilation of FLTK libraries. Having redone the installation of MinGW and MSYS, all went well. The key problem of compiling libraries with sample project was fltk-config --ldstaticflags.
