To make use of fltk's image methods/functions, you'll need to link with
fltk_images.lib (in addition to fltk.lib).
The reason for this: some apps don't need to work with images, so the
image
related operations were kept in a separate lib to simplify linking for
those
that don't need it.
Same was done for opengl related functions/methods.
