Hi, I'm a happy fluent used that doesn't use Castle.Bytecode (I use Linfu instead) - how will this commit affect me? As far as I can tell I'll have to remove the reference (and possibly add linfu - but I don't see why this is necessary since it has been working without that reference until now...)
I imagine the same thing would apply to users not using lazy loading at all or pregenerating their proxies...
