I missed the part about you having multiple assemblies.

Change your mappings call to this:

.Mappings(m =>
    m.FluentMappings
        .AddFromAssembly(MySpecificAssembly)
        .AddFromAssembly(MySecondAssemly)
        .ExportTo(txtPath.Text))

Where MySecondAssembly is the assembly that contains your SpecificUserMap.
