I am attempting to update from NH2 to NH3 and from Fluent
NHibernate 1.1.0.694 to 1.3.0.733.

It appears that some conventions have changed

For example for foreign key column names instead of using the Property name
the Type name is used instead.

I started to try to customize the conventions back to the old behavior but
once I got into some of the reference scenarios things quickly became
difficult.

So my question is what is the best upgrade path going forward? These are
the two I can see now, am I missing something?

1.) Modify all the maps with overrides to match the existing database.

2.) Setup a set of custom conventions that emulate the behavior of the old
conventions.
