I am the maintainer. Can't say I'm an active commiter, but as always, I take pull requests. About supporting NH 4 - I have a branch that's called 'nh-net40-migration' in Git repository - that's where I made changes to support NHibernate 4. It's not up to the very latest changes, but it will be in a week or so. So you can check this out, new Fluent NuGet will be released as soon as NH4 stable comes out.
