[fluid-dev] Framework missing?

Hi, I followed README-OSX as pr CVS of today and it installed nicely,  
but I cannot find the Fluidsynth.Framework installed. fluid~ from PD  
needs it for building through flext. Any suggestions on how to get  
the framework built?
