OK, here's the deal. I have a Mac Mini. It has no PCI slots. It has firewire and USB. I'm told that USB cards are tacky and yucky, and have high latency and generally suck. So, here I am with FreeBob instead. I chose the FA-66 because it has been around a long time, and thus is likely to be well-supported in Freebob. Also because, if it doesn't work, on Ebay it is currently fetching almost exactly the price I paid for it. :-) I am poor; I have no choice but to be brave. - -ken -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.1 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFFmiE1e8HF+6xeOIcRAkx2AKCM4gtPzuczLDlJ454fpV3WWKQCFACglUu4 Y734qG+lWf3tH2S0dtLgRMY= =RtOc -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ fluid-dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/fluid-dev
