I have updated some of the files I have previously linked for this group.
1) Custom FluidSynth code--includes the following modifications (all
discussed in previous messages):
A) velocity-to-filter cutoff modification
B) fixed crash when using Splendid Grand SoundFont
C) set default velocity-to-attenuation to 144 dB instead of 96 dB
