try with the --option, like in
  -o midi.winmidi.device="In From MIDI Yoke:  2"
but take care that i am not the least sure whether midi.winmidi.device
is the right option string on windows; you'll have to figure it out on
your own, maybe looking at the Setup/Settings table of a running qsynth
instance might help.
