I am sending off-list, the tarball containing the universal binary of
fluidsynth. The installation still requires using Terminal.app as
outlined below.
$ cd /usr/local
With the fluidsynth tarball in the Downloads folder, run
$ sudo tar xjf ~/Downloads/fluidsynth-1.0.8_UB.tar.bz2
