Yes this is definitely planned. I'd like to see it as part of the

the samplerate to work with, especially with Jack.
2) obeys to Jack if that is fluids current audio-driver? Starting
fluidsynth even with chosen values for samplerate, bitrate and
others for Jack should be ignored at all and only the Jack-values
should be used.
