I'll let a designer respond to the functional issue.

 From a technical perspective, the warning message is entirely  
configurable in code. If you're using the Layout Customizer, you can  
change the verbiage or choose to omit it entirely. Part of our  
commitment to making sure Fluid components are flexible and useful in  
a variety of contexts.
