Dear All,

Our power outage has been resolved. Please see some of the links below to see how the Fluid Project

Together, these documents (and more) begin to show how our community works, how our team makes decisions, what our culture is, and how we do our work. These pieces together form the foundation upon which we do our work. Some of our wiki pages are "antiqued," but hopefully this gives you a look into how we operate.

We have solid standards coupled with iterating often and early on all of our project work.

Another key feature of the Fluid Project is that we get things wrong. We try solutions and abandon them if they fail or are not the right solution. A key part of our community depends on a level of comfort with trying, failing, and working together to develop a better solution.

We're excited to see OpenCast "do better" than we do. And we're excited to work with you on doing that.

As is always the case with Fluid, please let us know if you have any comments or suggestions for how we can fix and improve our work.

Best,
Jess
