I'd like to nominate Justin for commit access. As you know, Justin is
our QA lead. He has been working on automated acceptance testing for
the project and has been regularly posting patches in JIRA. http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-1405
Ideally this work would be done in the svn repository so that we
have a history of the work and can all share in it. He's also been
fixing some of the bugs that he's found such as FLUID-1887 and commit
r6116 of FLUID-1871.
