Sweetness.
Now we should clear out the trunk/web in preparation for the CakePHP
framework import.
Here is the patch to empty the trunk/web. Once that is in I'll svn
update my local copy and then import the CakePHP core and then we can
start properly developing patches for 0.6!

I see the tag but I don't see the branch.

I'm going to make the patch that clears the trunk and adds in the
CakePHP
release.

Ok... looks like we have something in tags.
It's branched / tagged now.
By the way, according to what I read, branching and tagging is
functionally equivalent in SVN.

So to be clear, you want me to tag and branch it with the name
0.5 ?

yeah.
I imagine its pretty simple procedure (it'll work or it wont)
So, if you want to give it a go now just make sure you note the
revision
number we are at now (so we can jump back if we need to) and
give it a
go.
Colin knows that I want to tag & branch this version (actually he
suggested
it)
After you do that, I'll update and I'll patch the trunk to be
the latest
version of CakePHP
Let me know how this goes and whether you need anything from me.
I can
help
you troubleshoot should need be.

Hi Blake,
No, my only experience with SVN is via eclipse... I can try
tagging
and branching (those functions are available to me) but I can't
guarantee that I will get it right the first time.
I guess we can always ask Colin to roll it back, right?

:D thanks!
Did you see my email about tag&branching vulab 0.5?
Do you have experience in doing these svn functions?

All patches are committed. I am still having some John Stefani
issues. I emailed Peter and CC-ed Ron today, hopefully it
will be
resolved soon.

Hey,
Be sure to close the issues when the svn commit for my patches
happens.
For
some reason jira isn't showing the commits so I don't know
when its
been
committed
merci merci.
