I instituted that macro and the "in_progress" label some time back as a
means to help organize components and their state. I am not sure that
it is still valid given other reorganization and restructuring of the
wiki, the component pages in particular.
It seems pretty clear that the "in_progress" label is not being used, so
maybe that macro should just be removed.

I would suggest making sure the component pages are properly labeled.
However this could return if one of those labels didn't exist again.
Maybe this would be a problem solved by upgrading Confluence.
