Hi, The DIA has a visitor research department that's really cool. Are there particular areas of visitor research or reports we want to ask of them?
Let me know if you have particular interests and then I'll query the department with some requests for any reports they have. My general interests are - what's been found in terms of how people plan visits; what do audiences think of tech in the gallery; what sorts of people are visiting the DIA; what are motivations for visiting & coming back.
