Hi Jess,

As a follow up to last weeks conversation, listed below is an update to this 
weeks schedule.  Leah, Leila and I will be working on campus Tuesday to 
Wednesday between 10:00AM and 3:00PM PST, during this time we plan to;

1) Move the office to the 14th floor (yes, again).

2) Walk Leila through all of the communication channels including, Skype (plus 
addresses), Adobe Connect, SVN, and JIRA, along with the dev list serve.  She 
will be working in Tiran, Iran Dec. 15/09 to Jan 08/10, so this week is the 
last chance to set her up.
 
3) Attend the Design meeting Tuesday and update the wiki page (link below) with 
notes and recommendations based on DIA feedback,from December 2, 2009 MTG

4) I will check-in with Colin, review wiki notes on visits to DIA and related 
material, and investigate the best way to proceed in regards to assisting with 
requirements gathering.
