Good morning,

I want to start a discussion about the ideal accessible interaction for the code entry screen. I don't have the answer, sorry, but I will start the conversation with a couple of points.

1. Ideally the user would not have to learn / adapt to an unfamiliar input device. Understandably the keypad is familiar to sighted users, or users who are not using assistive technology, however it is an unfamiliar paradigm for entering information into a web application for a AT user.

2. Having not tested the keypad, I will when buttons are labeled, I wonder how similar the experience is to dialing a phone number on the iPhone for a VO / Zoom user.

3. Ideally there would be an editable field where the user could optionally enter information using the standard on-screen keyboard. Perhaps this exists and VO is not finding it.

Thanks,
