Good evening,

Anyone who read my last message to the list may have noticed that I used the term 'speech output' instead of just 'speech' when talking about making the kiosk accessible to persons who are blind and partially sighted. Note: the VI (visually impaired) interaction model is helpful for persons who cannot operate a touchscreen, but who have perfect sight.

I am curious if the topic of speech input has been discussed, for persons who cannot interact with the touchscreen or the tactile buttons that will be present on the device (presuming we are going with tactile buttons and not on-screen buttons).

Thanks,
