-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi all,
With the recent break-ins on Atlassian's Jira site and the subsequent patches to the Fluid issue tracker, plugins don't seem to be working properly, and performance is quite poor - mostly slow loading times for pages and logins. To remedy the situation I've setup and tested a staging instance of Jira 4.1.1 with working Subversion and Mercurial plugins running on Postgresql (cf. Jira 3.13.4 on MySQL currently). Performance is good, and the SCM plugins are working. As such the issue tracker will be read-only for approximately 1/2 hour from 23:00-23:30 EDT today (May 4) while a complete backup of the database and attachments runs and is imported into the new PostgreSQL-backed instance. There will be no downtime, just read-only access for as long as it takes to do an XML backup, license conversion, and XML import.
