Hey everyone!

I've created a patch for the inline edit where JAWS announces the inline edit
area as a button. The patch includes an insertion of a toggle button at the
end of the inline edit container, a new demo example to highlight the
functionality of this new button, as well as, some new unit tests.

The JIRA can be found here: http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-2652

Justin and I spoke to Antranig about binding blur handlers and it was suggested
that the injection of IoC could be used to handle our accessibility options
with the inline edit. IoC was not included in the patch, however, this may be
a good point to decide if IoC is necessary for the next release.

Thanks!
Mike.
