The other thing to think about is how this will work with a screen reader. For 
progress it will default to using aria-valueText but this isn't read by NVDA, 
likely due to a bug on their part. The progress component will soon have the 
option to fall back to aria-valueText but currently it is an either or solution 
decided by the integrator.
