Here is a summary of changes to existing framework functions that are currently expected to be released with 1.3.
NOTE that this email does NOT include any of the *new* functions introduced. These will be considered "Sneak Peek" and noted as such in any documentation. If someone thinks it's worthwhile summarizing all of the new functions, let me know.
