I think we should automatically detect browsers that support HTML 5 and deliver 
them the awesome version. For browsers that don't support the File API and XHR 
Level 2 (primarily IE 6), we'll fall back to the Flash version and give them a 
manual control to degrade even further to a plain single-file Upload.

We should implement this using feature detection so that as new browsers are 
introduced they will automatically be supported.
