Hi there Jamon - the "SVN commit hang" issue is pretty brutal and seems
to be getting even worse. The symptoms are that the TCP connection hangs
for a very long time (right now, perhaps 3 minutes or more) when doing
an SVN commit to the main Fluid repository. I had thought this was just
something I observed through being outside the OCAD network but it seems
to affect everyone universally. Colin and I guessed that this might be
because of some very expensive post-commit hooks, perhaps testSwarm,
which are linked into its workflow, rather than any network
configuration issue, since I can commit to the RSF repository just fine.
Do you think you could look into this issue and see what is causing it?
