Here's an update on the remaining open Uploader issues:

Mike addressed one of the bugs mentioned on this ticket, and also created a new 
unit test for the multipart request creation code. I think the other issues 
listed as part of FLUID-3875 are substantial, but not blockers. As a result, 
I've changed the priority of this issue from Blocker to Critical for Infusion 
1.3.

This is fixed and will be reviewed tomorrow as part of a full review of the new 
Uploader code.

These two have been partially addressed for Infusion 1.3, but more work will be 
done on them for 1.4. I'll leave them open until they have been fully fixed.
