Good afternoon, I ran across the following article on Twitter today and thought it may be of some interest.
More Accessible, Adobe Connect 8 « The Adobe Connect Blog http://blogs.adobe.com/adobeconnect/2011/01/moreaccessibleadobeconnect8.html Knowing absolutely nothing more than what is written in the article, my guess is that Adobe has simply ensured that the Flash object for Connect is compliant with Flash accessibility standards. This means that it will likely work well with AT that supports Flash. But, it likely will not work with AT that does not support Flash, or on operating systems where Flash does not expose it's accessibility tree to the platform's native accessibility API (OS X / gnome).
