I've made some expansions and refinements to the documentation architecture
found at
http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Documentation+Architecture
In particular, I've tried to apply an order to some of the sub-topics, as they
might appear in textbook-style documentation. I'd really appreciate some
suggestions for improvements to this ordering, in particular for the Concepts
and Framework sections. For the How-to sections, I think the order is a bit
less important (but I'm open to being convinced otherwise).
