I've updated the reference on the Download Infusion page of our website. I think having an all-hands-on-deck run through the wiki might be the way to go. Maybe a one day sprint.
For the old releases I wonder if we would also want to, in addition to the git urls, still reference the old svn tags or not. This can be done by using /!svn/bc/"revNum" in the url.
