We're in the home stretch for the 1.3.1 release now. We have a few
medium-priority testing tasks remaining:

If you have any of the required configurations, please help out by taking on
one of the testing tasks.
We will be carrying out one last check of the licenses and copyrights in the
files, and then we will be freezing the code, hopefully by lunchtime today.
Then we will be looking for help testing the release bundles.
