Learning how to make an FSS theme makes a lot of sense to me. I think a theme 
has to implement the FSS class name conventions, scoped to a unique theme 
container class name. If you want to see an example of a home-rolled theme, 
have a look at the Fluid Engage FSS theme.

I'm thinking it would be really awesome to have a tutorial about exactly this 
topic, too.

I guess the only risk is that images might change or move around in the future, 
only to break your demo. Seems fine as a bootstrap, but you might want to have 
your own resources before too long. I can imagine James might have some hot 
design ideas for the long run, too.
