According to this JIRA documentation, these syntaxes should work, but
they don't (at least in the main issue body - I think they do in comments)

For example, writing
{code}
stuff
{code}
as on http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-4285 just leaves the
stuff stuck in the formatting.
Do we have some kind of plugin installed on our JIRA that defeats this
formatting?
